A little prep makes it fly
It's a short meeting on purpose. A tiny bit of prep means we can skip the throat-clearing and get straight to the useful stuff.
Have these handy
- Where your sites are hosted now, and roughly what’s running on them.
- Any issues that have been nagging you: slow checkouts, the odd bit of downtime, that one site that keeps falling over.
- Rough traffic or sales figures if you have them. No need to go digging, a ballpark is plenty.
Bring the right people
- Whoever deals with hosting day to day, the ones who feel it when something breaks.
- A developer or two, if hosting headaches tend to land on their desk.
- Anyone who helps make the call, so good ideas don’t get lost in translation later.
